My goal is very straight forward - walking side-by-side with serious business owners and organization leaders to transform their business operations into growing, sustainable, and yes, THRIVING organizations. My focus is to help discover and achieve maximum potential to reach full capacity.
My focus has always been about catalytic thinking, developing visionary leaders, and building game changing business strategies. My personal motto is "See a need, seek a solution, then see it through."
I want to help you as a business owner to reach - more clients, increased revenues, and stronger bottom-line profits. For the non-profit organization leader, the end result will be increased financial support, more engagement with donors and volunteers, and improved sustainable operations. Accomplishing the mission and fulfilling the vision is what Catalytic Leaders do. They are proven.
For over 30 years my leadership experience has been in the civic, for profit and non-profit sectors of society. I have served executive roles in global mission, education, technology, community service organizations, business consulting, and global non-profit organizations.
Never one to stop or slow down, I have been able to start four businesses while also earning four degrees in Theology, Organizational Management, an MBA in International Development/NGO Management, and a Ph.D. in Missiology with emphasis on Global Leadership Structures.
Time with family is also critical to me, therefore modeling and building into business planning and scheduling personal time to engage and support our four grown married children and six grandchildren is important. Thriving business success coupled with a purposeful personal life go hand in hand.
